Aloha Rental Management is the long-term property management team within Maui Luxury Real Estate LLC, home of the Hansen Ohana. Based at Wailea Town Center, we bring a personal approach to caring for Maui homes and the people connected to them.

Our family's community involvement spans generations. In 2025, the Hansen Ohana marked its 26th consecutive year sponsoring the Friends of the Children's Justice Center of Maui toy drive and fundraiser. Bob Hansen is a founding board member of Na Hale O Maui, the island's affordable-housing land trust.

After the 2023 Maui wildfires, our team helped connect displaced residents with housing and available resources. That experience deepened our commitment to dependable local support for homeowners and residents.

We discuss condition, rental readiness, current tenancy and your goals. Ask about a rental-market review. This is separate from a formal appraisal or specialist inspection.

Already have a tenant or manager?

We can discuss a transition after reviewing your tenancy, current agreement and notice requirements. Share those details before making changes.
